Multnomah Falls is the 2nd largest continual flowing waterfall in the nation. You’ll see the lacy sheet of water dropping 620 feet before a natural amphitheater of dark basalt. Multnomah Falls Lodge was built in 1925 to serve the throngs of tourists who came to view the spectacular sights of the Columbia Gorge. This historic structure is made of every type of rock found in the gorge.

City of Portland: Order your complimentary copy of “Travel Portland”. It’s a great resource for understanding the city. This is a big/little city with lots of shopping, cultural sites, great bars and restaurants. You don’t need a car as this is a city which can be accessed by the streetcar – jump off/jump on. There is no sales tax in Oregon.

River Cruise: Portland is known as the “City of Bridges”. Cruise down the Willamette River on the Willamette Spirit while enjoying dinner and cocktails. See such sights as Ross Island Eagle Habitat, Dunthorpe Homes (prestigious Portland metropolitan area), Elk Rock, Lake Oswego. This will be a plated dinner and entrée selections can be made from the menu.

SHUTTLE: It is a 30-minute shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel. You’ll find the vans outside of baggage claim on Island #2. Price is approximately $14. Taxi is approximately $35.
